Purpose of the Consultation

Your first consultation is an important step in beginning our professional relationship. It allows us to understand your circumstances, identify your migration or education goals, and determine whether we are the right professionals to assist you.

During the consultation, we will gather relevant information, assess your circumstances, and provide clear advice based on the information available and the law or policy current at the time the advice is given.

Consultation Format and Duration

Initial consultations are generally scheduled for 45 to 60 minutes and may be conducted online by Teams or Zoom, or face to face where available.


Consultation Fee

The consultation fee is AUD $330, inclusive of payment processing fees and GST. Payment is required when booking to secure your appointment time. This is a one-time fee for the matter you select, and may be credited toward our professional fees if you engage us for the same matter — see our Consultation Policy for details.

Our office operates on Brisbane/Queensland time (AEST, UTC+10). The booking calendar will display times in your local timezone automatically.

  • Appointments are available up to 30 days in advance. For urgent matters, please Reach Out.
  • Please review your booking details carefully. A new consultation fee applies if you need to book another appointment.

Use this session to discuss a visa refusal, cancellation, review deadline, reasons for decision, available options, and urgent next steps. Please have your decision record and relevant correspondence ready where possible.
